Cancellation policy:
Refund/Cancellation Policy: The fee for the workshop is refundable. To receive a refund, you must notify the school by phone (508-757-7923) or email jhigh@bancroftsmt.com. For Saturday or Sunday workshops,
the cancellation request must be received by noon the Friday before the workshop. All other workshops must receive notice of cancellation by noon the day before. Any cancellations outside of these time frames
may receive a refund minus a $50 fee or receive the full amount in credit for a future course. If you do not provide notice of cancellation and do not attend the workshop, no refund will be issued.
