This relaxed and professional setting features flower-filled courtyards and bayside views. Free parking\, easy freeway access\, and an open classroom space will all enhance your learning experience. You can enjoy San Diego’s beauty during on of the most economical times to stay at one of the many hotels in the area. Class meets 9am – 6pm (fourth day class runs 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) (Registration 8:45 a.m. on Monday.  No early dismissal on Thursday.) \nHere’s what you will get from our four days of maternity-related education: \nEvidence-based knowledge\, not mythology \n\nIntensive practice of specific perinatal techniques used clinically for over 30 years\nSkills to meet clients’ physical and emotional childbearing needs\nUnderstanding of all phases of maternity MT care: pregnancy\, labor and postpartum\, normal and not-so-perfect pregnancies\nPositioning\, techniques and powerful\, subtle touch that are superbly applicable to many other specialty client populations\nGuidance in career- protective body mechanics and techniques\nPurpose\, focus & financial infusion into your work\nInclusion into a distinguished community of high caliber MT professionals\nThe in-person training that many employers require and that you need if you wish to apply for certification\n\nSparrow Harrington\, instructor\, is waiting to enroll you.
